Terms Of Service

Role as Booking Intermediary

MINNA TOURS AND TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED acts only as an intermediary between customers and hotel service providers. We do not own or control any hotel listed on our platform.

  • All hotel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Cancellation policies vary by hotel.
  • Service or convenience fees charged by us are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing time is 5–10 working days after approval from the hotel.

We are not responsible for hotel service quality, room conditions, or facilities provided by the hotel.

Flight Booking Terms

We act as a facilitator for airline ticket bookings. All flights are governed by the respective airline’s terms and conditions.

  • Airline cancellation charges apply as per airline rules.
  • Fare changes may occur before ticket confirmation.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after airline approval.
  • Convenience fees are non-refundable.

We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, baggage loss, or airline operational issues.

Tour & Bus Booking Terms

All tour packages and bus bookings are managed by third-party operators.

  • Cancellation charges depend on the operator.
  • Refund timeline: 3–7 working days after operator confirmation.
  • No-show bookings may be non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or service issues by the operator.

Cabs, Utility Bills & Recharges

We provide cab booking, bill payment, and recharge services through authorized service providers.

  • Cab cancellations may attract charges.
  • Utility bills and recharges once processed are non-refundable.
  • Failed transactions will be refunded within 3–5 working days.

We are not responsible for service delays or failures caused by third-party providers.
